Dementieva won the Women's singles beating Serena Williams,
troubled by a sore left knee. The score 6-3 6-2 American
John Isner won his first ATP Tour titlte by beating
Arnaud Clement the French 6-3 5-7 7-6 (7-2) at the Aukland
open on Saturday.
